Awakening Joy

Conversations with the Wise

Insights and Practices for Difficult Times

In these times we're called upon to bring as much consciousness, love and skillful action as we can into the world. One of the great blessings in my life is knowing exceptionally wise voices of consciousness. I'm asking them to share how they're navigating this difficult period as the forces of greed, hatred and confusion are creating suffering for so many and for our planet. We're offering these "Conversations" (the first one with Tara Brach) freely throughout the year.

In addition, the Awakening Joy course can help those who participate become resilient and find happiness no matter what's going on in the world. Watch this video to find out more and to register.
May you be happy and may you let your light shine,
James Baraz and the Awakening Joy team
